Katy Perry brought her California Dreams 2011 Tour to sold-out Xcel Energy Center Tuesday night and brought her salacious, but sweet personality with her!

As the first artist ever to stay in Billboard's top 10 for 52 consecutive weeks, Perry had fans with high expectations. Katy Perry fulfilled those expectations and perhaps even went beyond them for all 14,600 fans!

Katy Perry provided a night that felt like a teen's first without a curfew, with sweet flirting and copious amounts of candy that made it a more than likeable show.

After postponing her show twice because of laryngitis Adele finally made it to St. Paul. Instead of performing at First Avenue, Adele's big voice filled the half-arena at the Xcel Energy Center!

Adele opened her performance with an apology to her fans, but a promise to fill the Xcel as if it were the intimate setting of First Avenue. Adele was friendly and likable by the entire crowd. By the end of her show, you could feel the growing admiration, especially by one young fan that was invited on stage to snap a photo with Adele after holding a sign requesting so.

As the performance went on, Adele seemed less and less nervous and each song was better than the last. Adele really proved she could rev it up, whether she was at First Avenue or the Xcel Energy Center; fans were not disappointed!

The Xcel Energy Center St Paul is becoming the top Twin Cities tour stop for classic rock bands. The Xcel has hosted AC/DC, ZZ Top, Motley Crue and was supposed to host Aerosmith before they cancelled. Now, the Xcel Energy Center is adding another classic rock band to its list of St Paul Concerts - Def Leppard.

What does "In-Store St Paul" Pick-up mean?

It means the tickets will be available at a St Paul ticket office located at 186 W. 7^th Street, right by the Xcel Energy Center. Ticket pick-up is really simple, choose this option if you are buying concert tickets at the last minute or if you want to save money on shipping fees.

If I choose "Standard Expedited Delivery" am I guaranteed to get my tickets in the next three days?

Standard Expedited Delivery means that we will ship your tickets using a FedEx 2 or 3 day service ONCE the tickets are in our office.  In some cases, the tickets have not yet been printed and mailed by the venues, so the tickets will not be available to be shipped to you until a later date. Don't worry, though. We will call you to let you know exactly when you can expect your tickets and we guarantee you will get them in time for the show. In MOST cases, the tickets are already in the office and are waiting to be shipped out to their new owners.

Carlos Santana has announced his 2008 tour schedule! Carlos Santana tickets for his show at the Xcel Energy Center on April 21st April 20th are on sale now. This is Santana's first concert in Minnesota since his June of 2005 performance where Los Lonely Boys opened the show.

Carlos Santana is an artist known for his incredible guitar playing. In the past few years his collaborations with top 40 pop stars like Rob Thomas and Los Lonely Boys has catapulted his fame into a whole new spectrum. Hits like "Smooth, "Put Your Lights On," and "Maria, Maria" have caught the attention of a new audience that is outside of those who know him from classic rock stations. Santana is an example of an artist where multiple generations of fans can be seen at his concerts.

In 2003 Santana's show was the hottest ticket in town - that tour was in support of his album "Supernatural." That album went on to sell millions thanks to the monster summer hit "Smooth" which lead to the anticipation of the tour in support of the album!

The U.S. Figure Skating Championships are coming to the Xcel Energy Center, which means some of the greatest figure skaters in the world will be descending upon St. Paul at the end of January. I was reading over on the Xcel Energy Center blog that the Xcel Energy Center Rascal Flatts concert is hotter than ever. The seemingly unstoppable pop country trio will be playing on Saturday October 27th at the "X".  This music fan was a little worried that Twin Cities country fans would be suffering from Rascal Flatts fatigue since they performed at the Minnesota State Fair in 2005 and 2006 and they played at the Xcel in 2002 and 2004. It seems the Twin Cities is on the annual stop list for Rascal Flatts and mega fans couldn't be happier. Based on ticket sales, Rascal Flatts fever is alive and well in the Twin Cities. In fact, Minnesota Wild goalie Josh Harding, even has Rascal Flatts painted on his Minnesota Wild helmet!
