It's that time of year again where people go out to the Minnesota State Fair and have a grand ol' time! A day at the Minnesota State Fair is the best: eating food, seeing the different attractions from petting farms to parades, eating more food and ending that day with some great music at the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand. The Minnesota State Fair Grandstand is the place to relax and hangout, but often fills up quickly with all those music lovers out there. So if you are interested in a music event, order your Minnesota State Fair Grandstand tickets today before it is too late and ask about the seating in the plaza. Yes there is a lot of seating, but it fills up and there is no better seating in the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand than in the plaza seating area.

All you music lovers will want to be at the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand on September 2nd at 6pm when O.A.R. takes the stage with their special guests, Slightly Stoopid and Brett Dennen.

O.A.R., is an American rock band consisting of Marc Roberge (vocals, guitar), Chris Culos (drums, percussion), Richard On (guitar, backing vocals), Benj Gershman (bass guitar), Jerry DePizzo (saxophone, guitar, backing vocals). Due to massive online distribution over campus networks, the band has become a hit among college students, with many songs relating to the band members' personal lives at the Ohio State University and growing up in Rockville, Maryland. O.A.R. is joined by two special guests: Slightly Stoopid and Brett Dennen. Slightly Stoopid is an American band based in Ocean Beach, San Diego, California, who describes their music as "a fusion of acoustic rock and blues with reggae, hip-hop, and punk." As a band, they have released eight albums (two live) with their sixth studio album, entitled Slightly Not Stoned Enough To Eat Breakfast Yet Stoopid, released on July 22, 2008. The band was originally signed by Bradley Nowell from the band Sublime to his label Skunk Records while still in high school. Brett Dennen is a folk/pop singer-songwriter from Oakdale, California. He spent the summer of 2008 on tour with John Mayer and Colbie Caillat, playing festivals such as the Rothbury Music Festival in Michigan, Telluride Bluegrass Festival and the Mile High Music Festival in Colorado. Dennen is currently signed to Downtown Records through a partnership with Dualtone. In January 2009, Dennen embarked on a 3-month headlining tour of the US, with support acts Erin McCarley and Angus & Julia Stone.

So come on out to the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand! Bring your friends, grab some great food and a cold beer or cold lemonade and enjoy some great music. We guarantee you will love it and will want to come back! So don't miss out, order your O.A.R Minnesota State Fair Grandstand tickets today!
