SLIPKNOT Hard rockers Slipknot will be headlining their first U.S. tour promoting their new album "All Hope Is Gone." Saint Paul Xcel Energy Center will be a Slipknot tour stop on Friday, January 23 at 7 p.m. The "All Hope Is Gone" album came out in August and has been a chart topper among hard rockers. The band's primary influences include Black Sabbath, Slayer, Judas Priest, Korn, AC/DC, Kiss and the Beastie Boys. All of these heavy metal sounds will be rocking St Paul in January. Originally from Des Moines, Iowa you can bet all their loyal fans will be flocking to the Twin Cities to see the show. Special guests Coheed and Cambria and Trivium will open for Slipknot. The Slipknot seating chart shows a general admission floor with a standard end stage set-up. Doors open at 6pm, but if you want to get close on the floor you will have to line up early.
